Jace and his team went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and out yesterday morning. When I arrived, they told me I had several recalls that could take hours. I decided to wait, and they were able to get it done faster than expected. They were kind, attentive and thorough. I would highly recommend them!

Very professional. On time. Uber ride an unexpected plus. Lots of smiling people. Pricing fair. Didn't push additional work to be done, but did point out the wear on my tires and gave a quote for new ones. I will go back again.

Great dealership. It has been always easy to get the appointment for service without (usually within few days). Only downside is sometimes it takes atleast 3 to 4 hours even for the Software update. Though they provide the option for Uber it will be nice if the turnaround time is a bit quicker. Also it will be nice if they charge the electric vehicle after the service.
When I pulled in, there were a lot of gentleman walking around and talking amongst them selves no one asked, can I help you. Yeah I had to say excuse me to get someone’s attention and ask them how far should I pull up after two minutes. After that, everyone was nice and courteous the waiting area was nice comfortable as I waited on my vehicle to get done

I went to Byers for a diagnostic since my car was running a little hot at high speeds. Also it was missing when accelerating. I admit that I have not had the regular maintenance done. The diagnostic found nothing. I had a tune up and flushed the antifreeze at a different garage recently which solved both problems. My complaint is that the mechanic said he couldn't find the problem. I'm happy they didn't do unnecessary work. But they should have suggested the maintenance. I had to determine that myself.
Had a sour experience at another Byers. Reported that to the corporate office. Then I had the pleasure of working with Richard, Dave and Jeff at THIS store. Amazing dudes. No pressure and I got a deal I felt good about. Literally went out of thier way to make this work for me. A few days after the purchase I went to BMV to change the registration from the the old plate to a specialty plate. Byers had completed the plate transfer so quickly that I had to argue with the BMV employees to convince them that the vehicle in ...

Very pleasant and faster than expected! Even charged my vehicle before I arrived to pick it up! Updated several times on the status. Apparently I had 4 recalls! 3 of which I was not aware of until the service receptionist looked it up!!

Great customer service from the time I walked in the door for an oil change, till the time I checked out. Very polite and professional! First time here and everyone acknowledged me as I walked to the customer lounge. My oil change was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Byers for your vehicles service needs.
