Chrysler Group wins big at Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards

If there's one thing that means more to us here at Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram than our new and used cars, it would have to be our customers. After all, as much as we adore these beauties on our lineup, our opinion only matters so much.

And now that Chrysler Group has cleaned house at the Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards, we're happy to report that our customers are more satisfied than ever.

For those unfamiliar, the Polk Loyalty Awards are an annual event that celebrates those brands with the best owner loyalty performance ratings in a given year as determined by how many households purchased a new vehicle of the same make or model. For this past year, the gang at IHS Automotive went and analyzed the automotive purchases of more than 7.4 million households.

When all was said and done, five Chrysler Group models drove off with Loyalty Awards in their respective segments. And now that the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country has earned its 13th-straight win, we've certainly got a whole lot to celebrate.

"Chrysler Group's emphasis on owner loyalty across their lineup is an indicator that the organization is truly working with customers to bring them back," says Jeffrey Anderson, director of loyalty at HIS Automotive. "To see five awards across multiple segments is impressive, and Town & Country's run is unprecedented."1

So if you'd like to see what all the fuss is about, feel free to get behind the wheel with a test drive in one of our the many award-winners on our lineup here in Columbus, OH, just down the way from Dublin. Milestones like these don't happen by accident.
